MODIFYING AN APPOINTMENT

If you need to reschedule or cancel an existing appointment, a 48 hour notice is requested. Appointments modified within 48 hours notice may result in a fee of up to 50% of the total appointment cost.

NO SHOWS / LATE CANCELLATIONS

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours notice and no shows may result in a fee of up to 100% of total appointment cost.

While we understand that life happens and will do our best to be flexible when we can, please keep in mind that we are blocking off time for you and when appointments are canceled without enough notice to fill the time slot, that results in a financial loss for the salon.

EXTENSION DEPOSITS

Due to the time & resources required for extension services, once deposits have been paid and appointment times are secured, the date of the appointment is locked in and may not be able to be rescheduled.

In some instances, appointment may be rescheduled one time only, but that can not be guaranteed. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible so we can see if that is possible with our current schedule demands.

Additionally, if the appointment is cancelled, client will forfeit the full amount of any deposit made. If the appointment is cancelled within one week of the appointment date- the client may be required to pay a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the remaining service balance.

REDOS | REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for services provided due to the time and product used, however we want you to love your hair. If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, please do not hesitate to reach out and let us know! We would love the opportunity to fix whatever it is you aren’t satisfied with!

COMMUNICATION

As we are independent stylists, we do not have a receptionist to handle our bookings/ communication. Due to the nature of our job, we do not have much time during the day to check our phones.

Most booking/ rescheduling questions can be handled through our online booking system, and we ask that you check that first as all of our availability shown there is up to date.

We will do our best to respond to inquiries in a timely manner, but unfortunately sometimes texts/ emails can accidentally be missed. If you have not heard from us within 72 hours and you have a question you need answered, please resend your message, we promise we aren’t ignoring you!
